[image]Pasquale Sarnacchiaro[/image]Dr. Pasquale Sarnacchiaro was an Assistant Professor in Statistics at the Economics Faculty of the University of Rome Unitelma Sapienza, Italy. He was the Erasmus Coordinator for the University Unitelma Sapienza. His research interests are in customer satisfaction evaluation with multivariate models, structural equation modelling, analysis of the association in contingency table, statistical quality control.

In 1998, he graduated in Economics at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. In 2003 he got a PhD  in Total Quality Management from the University of Naples Federico II. In 2003 he was visiting professor at the University of Montpellier (France).  He hold numerous conferences as speaker and discussant. In 2009 he was elected secretary of the of the group “Statistics for the evaluation and the quality of services” of the Italian Statistical Society. He is reviewers for Journal of applied Statistics and Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis. He is author of different papers published on International Journals of Statistics and applied Statistics (Journal of applied Statistics, Food Quality and Preference, Journal of Mental Health, Environment International).
